Seeking Enlightenment. As the Zen saying goes. "One must seek enlightenment like a man with his head under water, seeks air!" What does it mean to seek? Not to grasp for a future event, but to Seek to be present and aware in this moment right now. This is the essence of enlightenment and being enlightened.
