I have recently made a short movie on AFFIRMATIONS ON STRENGTH, and wanted to share it with you.

Strength is a quality of the first chakra. For this purpose the colour red is being used. Using this audio vidual affirmations with a background meditational music can assist in our path towards spiritual and personal growth, increasing our capacity of being strong and empowering our first chakra.
