I can't sleep (I think I'm excited about this site, because now I can share journal with those who share the same interest). I'm tossing and turning and wondering if others are going through I'm going through. So many going through my mind. I was able to fall asleep, until I started meditating, then a voice inside me told me I needed to get this out. What I thought were wishes turned out to be premonition. I've been thinking lately about how we view others. What we view of others is the way we view ourselves. And this shows me that our perspective of others are our own reflection. I know there were times when I didn't understand something, but knew and felt in my heart that it was something I needed to grow and learn about myself. I learned as I do this, it is not something very easy to do, but with practice, it becomes easier and easier. I also learned that when you push your thoughts out, you are not listening to your emotions or listening to your inner voice. That inner voice is what I call your soul. There's a personality, where we been taught by our significant others and society. Then there's our souls, where it is our truest selves. It is not easy to distinguish, but I know that the more you stop talking and start listening, is when you start to hear. I used to be one of those that ask a lot of questions. So many questions, so little time, it seemed. Well here's something to close the journal.

"Prayer is talking. Meditating is listening."

P.S. I want my journal to be about my spiritual progress/development. I hope that this reflects me as you hear my voice and I hope that you can relate. :) *Hold hands*

Dear soulpefection,

i am sorry that i didn't read your journal earlyer.
You are completly right and on the point with your discription that we reflect our own insides to eachother and that is such a beautiful way of live.
I also would like to invite you for the Global Circles Meditation on sundays.
