A five day non-residential Energy Retreat in Gers, a tranquil valley in the south of France.

This retreat will cover a variety of topics and meditations, including dragon energy, Reiki, meeting your animal spirit guide, chakras, expression through art, and how energy is used in the martial arts and self-defense.  The retreat is non-residential, but links are provided on the flyer for accommodation.
