Anyone have any idea...

I had a dream about 3 months ago where i was shopping at a store(costco) and I was looking for something..and the words came to me in an unknown language and I have yet to know their meaning but they are Kame(Kah-may) Esh Kanuk(Ka-Nook)

any insight of any of you may know what they mean would be greatly appreciated...thank you :)
