GIVE TO YOURSELF FIRST
You are your greatest friend,
your potential worst enemy,
and your own blessing to yourself.
Make sure you fill yourself up first, before you give to anyone else.
Consider your life and well being an investment.
That investment, maintained, nurtured, and looked after, will produce good returns.
These returns come as surplus energy (interest),
overflowing outwardly with love, friendship, happiness and good vibrations.
This is the energy you can give out to friends, lovers, colleagues and everybody else around you.
It's extra energy you've produced that you can afford to give away.
This energy will come back 3 fold, and you can re-invest that back within yourself, enhancing, strengthening, & completing the cycle.
BE HUMBLE, BE HONEST, LEARN TO LET GO, & ALLOW OTHERS TO SHINE
When you are filled with love, everybody else around you will feel it, and love you back
(read above for more clarification).
Let others shine in their brilliance. You do not need to take it away from them.
I see a lot of EGO (self focus & absorption) in new age circles.
Some people come into these fields to satisfy their unmet needs.
If they are not honest to themselves about their needs, they will expect others to meet them.
Let them be, send them love & helpful thoughts, and encourage them to invest in themselves first.
Be honest with others about what you want from them.
It's ok to want things.
We have desire for a reason!
ENJOY IT ;)
Love every little part of yourself, and you'll find those little irritating aspects of yourself
will start to grow into your greatest gifts.
Listen to others.
Let them speak.
Hear their story.
You may be the only person that listens to them that day.
They may go home,
feeling great about themselves,
happy that someone else cared enough to hear their words.
They'll be in a good mood,
be nice to their partner,
their children, the shop assistant, and more.
It's like a crazy happy virus that keeps on spreading!
Let go of the need for self-importance.
Self-importance is a mental / intellectual distraction from feeling the pain of separation.
We all feel alone at times, and it's in these moments we dig for strength.
So feel what you feel, and rather then acting on the emotion, just SIT WITH IT.
Trust me, Magic will happen, and people around you will feel drawn to your calmness, purity, and strength.
JOURNAL!
Journaling is the best self-reflective tool.
When we write, we engage both the left-and-right hemispheres,
and the internally reflective (introverted),
and eternally expressive (extravert) aspects of ourselves.
It's creating a big local feedback system.
Writing letters to yourself, poetry, songs, whatever is really good for the soul.
It doesn't matter WHAT you write,
Just be honest, and open,
free-flowing in the moment,
putting it all down,
warts, spelling mistakes, and all,
onto paper.
You'll be surprised how much this will HELP YOU.
Drink LOADS OF FRESH, PURIFIED WATER.
Water is life, drinking water allows old water that has been used and imprinted with toxins to be relased
Best at room temperature, exposed to direct sunlight. Bless your water with love (read Dr. Emoto's work)
Anytime you feel anxious, drink 500ml-700ml of water and watch the anxiety disappear.
EAT FRESH, NATURAL, WHOLE FOODS.
Enzymes are what give us life.
Enzymes are contained within all live, living, natural foods.
Think vegies (steamed / fresh / quick stir fried), Fruits (seasonal), & whole grains.
STAY CONNECTED WITH NATURE!
Nature is our greatest healer, as it sustains, feeds, and nurtures us every second of the day.
WE BELONG TO THIS PLANET,
all life upon it is connected to us,
we are a part of it's evolution,
and it loves us unconditionally.
GIVE THANKS to it by following environmentally practices,
and spend some time out about amongst it daily.
WALKING IS VERY THERAPEUTIC.
Walking helps our system rebalance via the regular
free-fall rhythm of taking one step forward after another.
The best time to connect with nature, and to simultaneously cleanse your system,
is just before sunrise, around 5am.
At this time, as the first rays of light permeate the atmosphere on the horizon,
the entire local grid resets and is cleared.
You will feel this if you are awake at this time, as a massive shiver that flows through your entire body
You can reshape your entire day by being present and aware during this time.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, and go for a little stroll.
From 4am onwards, there is magic in the air.
Some of my most amazing and spiritual experiences have occurred around 4-6am.
If it's cold - RUG UP! :) Cause it's soooo nice & most definitely worth it.
