We ask Mother-Father-God to be present here and now in light and love to protect us, to guide us and to accompany us. We ask all angels, our higher selves and our soul families and all ascended masters – especially Jesus Christ Sananda and Mary – to be present here and now in love and light to protect us, to guide us and to accompany us.
We ask for healing as far as healing is allowed.
Mother-Father-God, I ask you to be allowed to be your pure instrument of light and love.
Father, your will shall be mine and shall be done.

Greetings and be welcome! Oh, you wonderful one! It is for us an encounter of pure joy in the middle of the heart of God beyond time and space. The affectedness which can express the human being's love in the oneness with God is more intensively perceivable from day to day by the awakening servants and assistants of the ascension of Mother Earth and of all human beings of good will. So your message has been prepared – by your angel family, because you know that you incarnate in your physical clothing a pure aspect of what can be characterized by the human words: wake up angel.

The last step to awakening

is imminent. This year is important and and the nearer the earth time comes to the point of collective awakening of the second wave – about September as was already given before – the fiercer and more intensive the situations and processes become. The last step to awakening means that the last existing identification as well as all beneficial up to now will disappear.
It is the path of an angel who ascends to identify with the human-being when he puts on physical clothing. After all this was arranged in the physical structure and is otherwise not possible. The heart continues to be with God's heart and thus the angel is „torn“ inside up to the point of awakening. But the voice of the love will prevail without fighting and will be audible more and more clearly. No one can put this aside – for it is to hear or to go.

The last step means that „clingings“ and with that exercises of power from the outside will break away. Each one has taken along an identification which has been and still is beneficial for the unsaved energies of Mother Earth. However there is one thing that they all have in common.

The fear – the fear of the love.
The fear – the fear of the I-AM.
This is not the physical fear which keeps the human beings under the control of the old power-manipulation-structures. This is an incomparably stronger fear – the fear of not being. The fear to be at the mercy of whomsoever through this not being. The fear has its beginning when the gate of Arcturus was passed through. Every aspect of an angel has to pass through it, for here he/she is given the soul clothing which is the prerequisite for the human incarnation. This soul clothing – as pure as it may be – is build up from the idea of separation. For when the polarity has been neutralized at the earth's upliftment – all the hearts are open and one with the Christ-consciousness. Then many will still have their soul clothing naturally which serves as a vessel of learning. However, these will be „tranparent“ and not exclusively closed within themselves like the lightbody of the physical possibility of encounter. You may imagine it like water in which the most different colours flow. Each colour itself is in a vessel. But this vessel is open at the top and at the bottom. Thus differentiation, encounter is possible – and likewise a merging of the water – after all this is the essence of all that is – love.
When love solidifies to experience structure appears as long as the creator consciousness focuses the awareness – the directed power of the love makes it appear and manifest. Thus appears solid and structured what is from the water of life, after all, and what is water of life – God – the love.

The loss of the last identification is the gate to awakening.
All the lightworkers are getting near. There are fierce pushes inside and outside, on all three body levels human being.
Whatever one is – ultimately he/she is love. Full stop.
Everything else are roles, missions, ideas - varying in space-time, extent and extent of the consciousness necessary for that. Being an angel is a role and being an angel as a human being is a role within the role, serves the superior in God's plan. So there is on one hand a hierarchy which increases in consciousness – on the other hand everything is love likewise – and also simultaneous in the point of the now.

It is important for the human-being to know that the loss of the identification and recognizing I am and I am love is like a stopover. The old dies, totally burns to ashes. Just like the structure of the cells is to be renewed and replaced. When this release is done – the consciousness „slips“ into the new role. This may not show a difference in the outside. You do your housework, look after the children like every other day. But the attitude has transmuted into the all-oneness. As I-am-love you choose, you make choices every day as before. However – in every situation there is a choice which serves the highest possible good of everyone involved which rises directly from the heart into the intellect and this one is simply receiver and executing servant of the love.
Your will is one with God's will quite naturally.

The last clinging is in the intellect, certainly. The fear not to be any more, not to be able to control or to determine any more.
To be helpless. Yes, this is it.

However, we ask you:

What can be more uplifting than to serve the love, to be the love in every moment and to live it together with the fellow human beings in the internalization – we are one.
Oh, there will be no more wars, because no more enemies.
Oh, there will be no more thieves, because no more owners.
Oh, there will be no more lack, because everything is there.
Oh, there will be no more power over other people, for the power is every one and each one as expression and one with the love.

Now, sibling, you will go this path in the next few months.
When you notice that your intellect has a problem you are invited to speak:

I-am
I-am-love

This is the strongest and wisest and most powerful at the moment on the earth at the point of awakening. The intellect cannot say anything against it, why so? The love has never done it any harm. These words together with light breathing will bring healing to the last thoughts in your soul field which want to stay. Because as long as you give any thought power over yourself you cling within the wrong ego-self which wants to keep one or two things in order to be able to exist furthermore in the old form.
It is up to you to choose the attitude I-am-love every day again and again. The intellect has to subordinate itself to the love-wisdom-power just like you subordinate yourself to God in order to be reborn.
When you have arrived you realize that there is no subordination to God – because you are one with Him in the heart. And yet this total demonstration of devotion, the unconditional love of God, is necessary for the human being.

Now, we'd like to deal with your questions, sibling.

Question: Why do I sometimes feel so bad after having met individual persons? Without any incidence I sense self doubt, sometimes even weariness of life, the feeling not to be loved? What effect do I have on other human beings?

Answer: In the encounter you link intensively with the soul field of this person as far as energy is concerned. Because of the already transparent identification you are no longer able to separate, limitations are not possible any more. The energy fields blend. Now, when you identify somehow with your being human, you do this when the energies in your soul field are clear – oh, how well I am – how pure my energy already is. When such an encounter has lowly vibrating energies coming in, you identify as well, however, you refuse this kind of thoughts and emotions.
On one hand this is a clear signal for you not having arrived yet, for then you also sense even more intensively because you catch everything, everything that needs healing on the earth. However, it „does not do anything to you any more“. The notion to ask, to ponder on the emotions does not come up at all. Perception takes place and just as the emotions come they go again. This is also the case with the thoughts. But when a thought comes up that you do not like and you refuse it, you judge and bond. Your attention is focused, you give energy to it and manifestation takes place. Then you do not feel well.
When you become aware of a thought which you do not like, for example „my sister-in-law is again talking so much nonsense“, you cannot prevent it from being there. You cannot control at all which thoughts come up. However you can determine your attitude. And you can determine because you can control your attention. When you become aware of a thought of jugdment, immediately think the contrary. In the polarity this is easy. You „neutralize“ by doing this and no manifestation takes place. However only like this „my sister-in-law is talking and what she says is worthwhile for her“. Full stop. No excuses. No stories. Finished.

To unify love-wisdom in the heart is to come home.
This is the procreation of power in the perceivability of your life.
The thoughts are powerful. Be careful.
Coming home can only be delayed by rampant thoughts-stories- emotions-excesses.

What effect you have on other human beings? Sometimes you appear abstracted. Sometimes dreaming. Often „not palpable“. But this makes sense as a role model in the plan of salvation. And when envy and aggression are triggered, this is beneficial to the ascension. You cannot control, determine how the other one would react. However you can observe how you still react and perceive each such situations as an opportunity for yourself to reduce your resistances against the awakening and to likewise serve the human beings.
And when again and again and again those situations come up and you „step in“ - you serve ascension. No one can judge or measure himself/herself by the repetition – after all this is a thought which wants to be neutralized immediately by the opposite one – for when you condemn yourself for your reactions, this is not beneficial for anyone – on one hand you diverge from your I-am, on the other hand you condemn what you cannot prevent from flowing in, then you direct energy to it and bond. And when you catch yourself at it after all – think the opposite and so neutralize.
You can fnish with „so be it“ or „amen“ as a means so that your intellect will not keep asking questions whether everything is really settled therewith or whether there is still a petition, an explanation, a story to be given – as an excuse for yourself because of your attitude or towards your fellow human being. All this is not beneficial!

Question: This is especially the case with my sister-in-law who lives in the same house. What is the use of it for me? Or what is to be realized so that healing can take place between us and love can flow. Again and again there are emotions like envy, jealousy, sometimes even hatred. What is the matter between us? What can I do for us? There is such a dishonest, difficult relationship in our two families. I'd love to do something in order for the love coming back again and that we can respect each other. But there are always thoughts which do not release me. Is this only a game of my intellect?

Answer: You are wrong, dear sibling. Wrong, because this unknown to you as an angel and only now possible for the human beings: the love. Your loving heart radiates the love and simply activates what needs healing. This signifies that all the unsaved energies come to the surface of the consciousness in order to be accepted and to thus find fulfillment and salvation. Be aware that whatever emotions arise are not yours and are not hers but simply the possibility to identify errors of the intellect.
Envy has to do with the idea of lack as well as jealousy and hatred – all this means that the human being has experienced rejection in the commenness when and by whomsoever. The birth of it however always takes place in the wrong picture of God. The belief to have been rejected by Him, to not be worthy. Look – it is always a matter of the love relationship to God, for He loves all His children so immeasurably that embedded in this consciousness lack simply cannot be present. One that lives in this attitude and in this consciouness knows that everything that is at the moment in life serves to turn to God.
Realize that you, too, have been fooled by these errors. Your sister-in-law acts out the lowly vibrating energies from the morphogenetic field in order for them to be healed and you do not have to do this in the identification but you are simply to realize how wonderful you work together. It is not the matter of her understanding it – but for you service for mankind means to have an effect – for the time being on the quiet.
Who understands this? God – after all He is with you.
Respect her as the divine being that you are, too. You do not know about the individual story of her soul. However it is certain that she shares the energies of all her ancestors and in order for the chain of karma to be broken up.
It is dishonest and difficult anywhere on the earth now. You are not here to live on an island of bliss but to be among them as an also-human being and to live out of your heart in the face of separation, sadness, fear and pain, for this is always behind hatred, envy and jealousy.
Be what are with an honest heart – angel on earth. Thus you contribute to harmonization even if this means acute pushes of old energies in the stadium of recovery – look, that's what shows that movement and healing take place. Everything, everything, everything that happens serves the ascension. So you and she likewise serve the ascension, only the roles are different. Actually, you can be very happy and grateful, sibling, that you occupy such a comfortable role – Metatron is smiling.Well, this may put your view of may be and may not be into perspective.

Question: Why do I have the feeling that she does not want to be involved with me?

Answer: She is a much wiser human being than you can perceive from outside and she carries a big burden. However, in the many earth lives she has learnt to recognize when one is not honest – she feels that you do not respect her.

Sibling, do you want to fight or to love? What does it serve you when you are „right“ when this means fight. This is not the love. And to be right is a lie of the intellect. It only knows a fraction of the truth from the experiences which it has stored. She has other pictures and therefore another truth. So this is it in being human. All the truths which you can think of are relative. The absolute truth is not thinkable but being.

Question: Sometimes I have the feeling that we as a family can contribute something for the human beings and therefore we experience situations which request us to stay with us and to take time for us with our children. In the outside we therefore seem to be a family which is always alone. We do not have much contact with both related families. And when there is contact it is only made by us.

Answer: Yes. You realize correctly your function in the plan of ascension. You have the right to be alone for yourselves. However this does not mean to be something „better“, only to be „different“ - some are not yet able to understand this. We invite you and ask you again to internalize that chaos families also have their mission just like yours. Simply be grateful and full of compassion for your fellow human beings.

Question: Where am I in my process, what am I allowed to realize to be taken in?

Answer: was already given to you in detail. Look, the everyday-life is the greatest teacher and also the „examiner“ for the ascension and the awakening. Practice to be loving with your fellow human beings. Pay attention to your thoughts. When the others do not do this or cannot do this or do not want to do this – it is their path and you do not have the possibility to realize why and so you cannot judge this and it does not befit you. And as an angel you do not need to do it.
What bothers you is being human with all its inadequacies and defaults – however this serves the growth and is normal. The human beings judge themselves for this – but you back out from it! The human being is God's child in his being – pure love. All the acting only serves the insight of this truth from the heart of God.

Question: Dear Metatron, can you perhaps reveal for me – as far as my children are concerned – how am I to behave towards them and what can I change?

Answer: Sometimes you demand a perfection which simply is not reachable and not necessary at all. Who – dear one – determines what is perfect? Your life is perfectly alright as it is. This perfection which you aim at has to do with control. You want to make the being human controllable. Oh dear one, this is not possible. Allow your children to be messy, idle, to let their hair down. Realize that they are your mirror, because you believe that you have to be as a human being and in your „behaviour“ like an angel. To live as an angel on earth means to live in the attitude I-am-love. This also allows for yourself to become angry, or impatient, or lazy. To accept this as an expression of being human, this, too, is love. The human being is not a machine and so the emotions in the attitude I-am-love are different, too. They flow in from the heart and it is possible that you can allow transformation very quickly, but it is also possible, that you are „stuck“. Observe yourself with your ego, your thoughts and your emotions. Your attitude is love, and your thoughts are being neutralized by yourself – nevertheless there is still an emotion which has you go through your day imbalenced. Accept it! In the process of ascension it is not possible to go your path laughing and relaxed full of energy and always prepared to serve oneself and the others. It happens that there is a bad mood like coming out of nowhere and it keeps staying the whole day through. Do not struggle and do not judge – yourself or others. Continue to live your everyday life and simply pay attention to not blow off your bad mood on your fellow human beings. Give it to your angel presence or to Jesus Christ Sananda, God or whomsoever with the plea for support. This is a contribution to the ascension.

Question: My children sometimes exasperate me with their quarrels. How am I to react?

Answer: Let them quarrel – it does not concern you, dear mother. Quarrel is not bad. Realize that you have a need for harmony which is unrealistic to experience in the outside at the moment in the process of ascension. However, within you can be peace – when you stop believing that you have to meddle, when you stop to judge. You and your husband do not do anything wrong. They are children of the new time and of the 5th dimension. They sense what is happening on the earth now and it bothers them. Sometimes you could react with a laugh instead of being exasperated, we offer you.
