Bad energy when I meditated- help needed!

Hello all.

I have to write on here as I have just had a bad experience whilst meditating. I meditate every day, usually very peaceful. But this time I felt a bad presence and it has shaken me up a bit. I white lighted myself before hand and called in my Angels. But I felt that "They are coming to get me!" But it was very frightening, any explanations???

Any helpor advice would be greatly appreciated
