My spirits went back up this morning

Guess what! My spirits have started to go back up again. It was like coming out of a funk. All of a sudden I feel them rising again. It's like adding droplets of excited happiness. It's like having my "fizz" back. The other way was like soda which had turned flat. Now there is fizz and tang. Since it just happened within last ten minutes (almost as soon as I woke up) I am still excited about being excited. It's fun to savor these first few minutes of it. I woke up and had my usual thought, "O No another day!" but very quickly I noticed "hey I feel OK" and then I noticed my spirits going up. How we weather it out when our spirits are not up, I don't know, because it sure makes big difference when they go back up again. There is a bounce to life again. The droplets of joy are there again. It does feel natural to be excited about life, I see. Because when I am not, I am out of sorts.
