Hello beloveds, :)

OK, time to "get serious" for a few hours. ;-) It's time I feel my profile includes some practical information on meditations/ascension and other "Cosmic sciences"(which are forth coming) and so on, especially for the benefit of newbies to ascension, Spirit-uality, chakras, auras, meditations, and later on inter-dimensional work/travels etc.

The future of humanity and it's Ascension in to 5D , involves opening up ur Complete (I AM) "Self"(physical, emotional, mental, astral & causal parts - via one's aura + chakras) to Heaven & God/Higher Self. And this is best done in meditation, even though there will come a time when we'll all be naturally "Connected" and in Oneness , whilst in "waking state" and going about our day-to-day business.

But for the moment, meditation is highly recommended for ALL in order to go WITHIN. All answers to lie withIN in urSacred Heart and Sacred mind centers beloveds. Seeking love, truths, answers(??) from the outside.. for prolonged periods of time... can not help one's spiritual evolution - generally. This is why ancient yogi's who were far more co-creative and transcendant than any one I know , were all in Samadhi - Deep meditation. Letting e-Go (go). LOL OMMmmm...

So, Part 1(which is being added-to, by the day! LOL) of this blog is on your chakras & aura. It's THE KEY(or at least the main key) to EVERYTHING that you experience on this 3rd-4th dimensions called Planet Earth(and wayyy beyond). :-) I'm compiling what I feel is relatively accurate information on your Chakra and aura etc. Hope it helps some (or MANYY) of you who are seeking this kinda info. Please note that this is by no means an exhaustive set of information , nor guide, and not intended for advanced Lightworkers /Spiritual practitioners. ;-) Even though your'e likely to learn a thing or two from it. Especially, useful health related information. If it doesn't tally with other sources, SIMPLY FOLLOW Your inner guidance. :)

Also, as usual, trust your inner Guidance and COMFORT levels, in all your experiences. If something feels good or peaceful, then you're most likely on the right path. If there is persistant/repetitive resistance to any "knowledge/information", then something's up/doubtful - so to speak. : So, with those "Divine disclaimers" out of the way.. we place a foot forward.. and on with the show! :)) Enjoy!

Part 1 - the 12 Chakra system - 7 Major + the Other (5+) External (Etheric) Chakras

1.1 Chakras - Basic Overview

The energy body is an exact duplicate of the physical body, except it is made up of a much finer substance. This is the battery for the body that supplies the energy we need to live a long and healthy life. This energy body is our literal life and breath while living in the physical. Without it, no physical existence is possible, so we can indeed consider this an important section.

Chakras

Within the energy body are seven major chakras, numerous minor chakras, lesser chakras, and acupuncture points (meridians) resulting in hundreds of openings for energy to flow in and out of our aura and body. These chakra portals (also known as vortexes, or "petals" in Eastern esoteric literature) spin in a clockwise direction and can be sped up or slowed down.

Five of the seven major chakras run on both sides of the human torso, with the root and crown chakras entering, in conelike fashion, through the top and bottom of the body. The top two chakras are the mental centers. The next four chakras on the front side deal with emotions, and the same four chakras on the backside deal with the will. The root chakra relates to the physical. (See Diagram 2.)

Each chakra has a relationship to an aspect of our being, whether that be feeling, smelling, tasting, seeing, our sense of intuition, or a state of knowingness. If a chakra is blocked, then energy cannot flow as easily, which can cause illness, emotional suppression, and perceptual distortion.

Chakras can also be too open, resulting in overreactions (blocks often result in a form of under-reactions). For example, if a person has a heart chakra that is too open, he or she may be borderline emotionally hysterical, whereas the same chakra, if blocked (closed), may result in a person who is an emotional "cold fish." The same extremes might apply with a too open sacral chakra, resulting in promiscuity or a sex drive that dominates a person, compared to a blocked sacral chakra resulting in an extremely low libido.

While chakras are always active, they do a great deal of their work while we sleep. During the nightly sleep process, chakras open and draw in more energy from the subtle planes to replenish themselves. Quite simply, without this nightly replenishment, we would die. A person can exist "sleeping" in a coma for decades, but cannot exist more than a few days without sleep before going insane or dying, as has been proven in sleep deprivation tests using animals. Chakras are vital to our mental, physical, and spiritual health as well as to our ability to consciously create our reality.

All disease is first detected in the etheric body (though it can be seen on higher levels by observing negative thought patterns). We all have some distortion and blocks in our energy body because all that we experience here in the physical is stored in the various chakras when we endure any kind of trauma, habit, phobia, or injury. A good healer or energy worker can see disease forming in the subtle body well before it is manifested in the physical.

The emotional numbness people feel over time are invisible scars built up in their auras through years of enduring painful experiences of one variety or another. We all suppress emotions that make us feel poorly, such as rejection, a broken heart, or mental and physical abuse, and this creates blocks in our energy body. The more blocks and imbalances that are created in our energy field, the less energy flows, until the body ceases to exist through varying diseases and physical breakdowns.

Because of a high degree of blocking, people often experience their life through only one or two of their chakras. If they are living through their base chakras (the root or sacral), their mind will always be on sex, and no matter how much you try and divert them from the subject, there it goes back again. Some people live through their heart chakras and are an emotional roller coaster and suffer the "bleeding heart" syndrome. Some exist through their brow chakra and are so "intellectual" that they are totally out of touch with their emotions and sex drive and spend most of their energies seeking gratification of the ego alone.

Let's directly relate blocked chakras to our manifestation capabilities:

  • If you are trying to manifest a nurturing relationship (regardless as a parent, spouse, or friend), how can you do that if you've got a block in your heart chakra, which prevents any real expression of your feelings?
  • If you are trying to build a family but have a block in your root chakra, you may be infertile and childbearing will be next to impossible.
  • If you are looking for inspiration for your creative outlet, you will be operating at a fraction of your potential if you've got blocks in your higher chakras that prevent insight, intuition, and higher awareness.
  • If you are looking to attract things in your life through the powerful will centers, you will be as weak as a baby if your will centers are blocked.

1.2 Chakras - an In-depth Analysis from Multiple Perspectives

Introduction
The word "chakra" is Sanskrit and it signifies a wheel, which is what you are immediately aware of when you first encounter them, or see them in a text someplace. The idea of the chakras is not new, and goes back to the dawn of humanity. It was however kept secret and only revealed to those few that were ready to learn of the mysteries of life and of the self. A chakra is an energy point in the human body/energy system through which power and life-force flow. There are literally thousands of these points throughout the body.

Earth Star
It is through this Chakra that we connect to the Earth Plane. This Chakra can be found 6 inches beneath your feet and co-ordinates the grounding cord for your lightbody. Many beings on the Earth Plane have often felt a longing or a yearning to be some place other than on the Earth. Some individuals, in order to cope with the brutality of the Earth Plane, are energetically ungrounded so that they are able to float, as it were, and be in what seems to be a safe zone for them.

Incidentally, there is no judgement as to whether our consciousness is here or not here while we are embodied on the Earth. It quite simply needs to be understood that if we wish to be here and participate through our present embodiment in this transformational period upon the Earth Plane, then we need to be grounded. By being grounded we can respond appropriately from every level of our being to every occurrence or experience in life, thereby having the complete experience of being on the Earth Plane as well as being fully present for each of these experiences. While safety may seem to lie outside or beyond our physical bodies, nothing could be further from the truth.

...... Quick Introduction to the Sacred (feminine) Kundalini Energy .....

Ok, before we move on to other chakras, I wanna "interrupt this brodcast" with a quick illustration of how your Kundalini energy rises from ur base-chakra(once the Kundalini has been awakened PROPERLY). The reason I include the Kundalini pic here, is because the when it rises up the spine, via the Center channel(Sushmana Nadi), it INSTANTLY clears, balances and energises ALL of ur chakras and connects you to God. And believe you me, I've had this happen to me since I was a child(didn't know what it meant , then).. and become more powerfully so(I can control the kundalini's flow completely now, should I choose to), since I had it awakened by a well-known Kundalini teacher .

Rising Kundalini

Also, the Kundalini energy is the Sacred-Feminine-Earthy-Divine Energy within each human - and "resides" as a a "coiled serpant" (in form), between the Base chakra and Sacral chakra. It(the Kundalini) is ULTRA powerful, when used correctly. ;-) Please note here.. that in the yogic system, which is ANCIENT beyond other welll-known spiritual systems(and given to the Indians, most probably by ETs ;) ).. Anyways, in yoga, or in our subtle body, there are 3 channels:

- the left channel(feminine/moon/super ego channel) called the Ida Nadi.

- the right channel(male/sun/ego channel) called the Pingala Nadi(in Sanskrit)

- and then the most important one, which is what we're SUPPOSED to "Be" in, the Center channel/Sushmana Nadi(the SPIRIT Channel) - which connects you to Earth thru the middle of your feet(Earth Star chakra) and , (via) the Crown chakra at the top of head(or Grand Portal 15" above your head head, to be precise) - to ur Higher Self and the whole of Heaven :)

So.. by living .. or BEing in ur centre channel(as you get on with your day) and let ALL SPiritual energies flow thru that channel, you BEcome Centered and when you're TRUELY "Spiritually Centered", then you become a "god " Your "Self". :) - as You BEcome Your (Higher) Self. and hence a CONSCIOUS co-creator , as opposed to a robotic one ! Tongue out

OMmmm...

Just had to touch on that subject of kundalini and channels, as it is highly relevant to the study of chakras - as is the image above - which illustrates how some chakras are connected to ALL THREE channels(left, right and center) ; where as, some only connect to the Center channel(sushmana nadi). There is a reason for that. But I won’t go in to it now.

(Also, PLEASE ignore the slight differences in chakra colours used by this particular type of yoga :) ).

PLEASE NOTE that EACH chakra has a Sacred Geometric shape Asspciated with it- and carries within that shape specific Divine Energy patterns which can be used to work with that chakra and benefit from it, GREATTTLY! - especially this summer/autumn and winter when we're all been given Sacred Geo. Shapes and IMages in our waking,sleep and meditative.. states. Each soul will have it's own patterns.. but many of them will tally with oneor more of these chakras. :) Let me know if you need any help on how to use sound/sacred geometry/colour etc in your meditations.. :)

The study of the soul is a pursuit both demanding and satisfying. But the deeper the inquiry goes, the more mysterious the subject becomes. What is this entity? Sacred Heart chakra is locationed just below the heart chakra and can also be found in the auric field to the left side of the body and is the lower point of the etheric heart of the causal body or etheric body as it is known.

Placing a Herkimer Diamond over the sacred heart chakra will help access this energy, bringing a sense of clarity, balance, and direction when there is confusion.

Medation
first you must focus on is the thymus gland area by visualizing a purple blue light: like a candle flame on the upper chest below the throat area and above the heart charkra area in the center of your body. The purple blue flame should be visualized right there and that it is the size of a candle flame once you do it for 20 minutes. Then on the last ten minutes you should expand the purple blue flame of your soul seat through your imagination to about 12 feet around you engulfing everything, during this stage you will feel warmth in that area as well as power full. OK. For one you must do this thirty minutes every day .

This is the center for communication, when this center is open, you will have a powerful desire to talk about what you´re experiencing. When you do this, some of your old friends will fall away, but your true friends will always be there for you, so let go of the ones who are uncomfortable with the new person you are becoming. You'll find that there are many new and wonderful friends who will be magnetically drawn to you as your own energy changes.

Location: At the base of the skull,at the medula oblongata. It´s location at the front of the head is between the eyebrows at the third eye.
Colour: Indigo. A combination of blue and red.
Tone: OM (O represents the Sun or the third eye, M represents the Moon or medulla.)
Element: Electrical or telepathic energy.
Sense: Thought

The third eye is the center of psychic powers and higher intuition, you can receive guidance,channeling,and tune into your higher self. This is the center that enabels you to experience telepathy, astral travel and past lives.

Deficient Energy:
Non assertive, Undisciplined, Over sensitive to the feelings of others, Afraid of success, Schitzophrenic (unable to distinguish between Ego self and Higher self).

Excessive Energy:

Pineal / 9th Chakra

The Pineal Gland is about the size of a pea, and is in the center of the brain in a tiny cave behind and above the pituitary gland which lies a little behind the root of the nose. It is located directly behind the eyes, attached to the third ventricle. this chakra is also known as the upper dan tien.

Medation
I want you to visualize the center of your brain or head. Just visualize a golden sun there and the size of that golden sun is the size of a ping pongee ball and do it for ten minutes. After the ten minutes please visualize the golden sun is growing full size of your head and filling your head and shining outwards for about ten more minutes. Then visualize the golden energy as a golden water spout, springing right out from your head through the crown chakras, like water from the water fountain and go up in the air about two feet or three feet and then with your mind's eye again seeing the golden water coming back down and hit, wetting and soaking your whole body, clothing, aura and organs, skins etc. In this golden energy of water bath and showers will create the light body and bringing back or activate your two helix DNA strand in to a twelve helix DNA (light body type ) and all of your 72,000 psychic channels or chakras, both major and minor will be open and fully developed.

Crown 7th Chakra CROWN Chakra

This centre enables the individual to achieve advanced out-of-body projection, etheric projection, spiritual perception, and spiritual wisdom. I use the word spiritual here because these abilities and ideas are larger than the self and the earth and is were the ability of remote viewing resides. 8th Chakra (Etheric Body) - center for release - color is black - sound is "ee oh eh"

God's Head / 12th Chakra
Location: 12 inches" above the crown
Colour: Magenta
Sound : LEEE
Element: Unknown Cosmos
Gems/Minerals: Selenite, Golden 'C' , Diamond.

The God’s Head Can be found just above the head if looked upon, it looks like a gold band of energy or a halo.

The god’s head is made up of three points, Activity, Will, and Wisdom. It is linked with the monadic plain (second cosmic ether) for thousands of years in magic circles they have known the god’s head as the cloud of knowledge. It is here that we find the light language of the first source and it is through active intelligence that we link into the god’s head.
