18 When You Enjoy

When you enjoy then it is the time to relax. It seems obvious, but what you do when you enjoy; you want more and because of this greed you lose it. Relax and be happy. From that relaxation the inspiration for more enjoyment comes out naturally.

How easy it is : IT JUST COMES NATURALLY

This enjoyment is the moment to keep. I already wrote about this in chapter 2 (Energy Work). I spoke about “catching the moment, but now I will go more into details. The moment of joy has the seed for your enlightenment. When you enjoy you are in harmony, nothing is bothering you, and nothing is disturbing you, no worries, and no fears. You become very aware of what it happening around you. At a precise moment you got it; enjoyment is there. Now it is the moment to stop everything. Focus on that enjoyment only!!

Many monkeys will come and visit you and with all their abilities they will try to take you out of that. This is a metaphor and it means that many thoughts will come to you, telling you that it is not right, not good, not the right moment to enjoy. I have some examples of thoughts: “Do something productive – there is so much work – my partner is not here and I enjoy - I enjoy and the world is suffering.” Other people will come to you and try to disturb you in some way. They want to involve you in their stories. That’s how it is. Keep still and steady inside and continue enjoying, not to be affected by anything.

The longer you can hold that enjoyment, the more miracles happen. More and more you will enjoy and involve people and animals around you. They cannot stay away from your happy vibrations. It is a virus; it effects everybody. After it has affected the beings around you; the joyful vibration you emanate is in the air and the more beings that join in, the more it increases.

The heart Energy is the most powerful energy. Because your joy is full of love, the people can feel that and will open their hearts. Love will impregnate your life. You will have a wonderful life.

When you have love in you heart your life is a success, it does not matter if you have material success or not. You are happy, and by being happy you give an enormous gift to your fellow humans. Not by in tuning into their miseries, it makes you miserable and that doesn’t help anybody.

Bring people into your happiness! Don’t go into the miseries of people! Remember: Be aware and keep your Energy!

Can this moment of joy last for ever? Yes, there will come a time, when this joy is there even when you are suffering; even when you are dying.
