Breathe Deeply

Breathe Deeply

So many moments of my life I treasure,
So many enjoyable paths I have pleasured.

I am thankfully mindful of every breath I take.
And all of the journeys we both shall make.

Believing the best things in life are so free,
I have the freedom to choose to be happy.

I Breathe Deeply until everything is calm,
Peace here and now like sunshine after a storm.

I came out of this cocoon I was wrapped in and saw your light,
You took off the layers and helped me to take flight.

Transformed from a caterpiller to a heavenly lady of power,
Spreading my wings and sweetening each scented flower.

You see every colorful butterfly flutters just like me,
With a beautiful smile on my face for all to see.

I Breathe Deeply and oxygen fills my soul,
Flying high in the mountains I relax and let go.

As sensational nector fills my body I go into a trance,
An intoxicating love potion makes me sensually dance.

With every movement I make I feel so alive.
With your spirit by my side I know I will thrive.

In unity we rise above everything else - it's so nice,
Knowing we can live forever together in God's paradise.

We are Blessed with the Breath of Life

“We are Blessed with the Breath of Life”
A Message from Kerry and her Angels

November 21, 2007

The very breath of life, where would we be without it?  We would not be able to come together and experience the joy in partaking in any celebration on this Thanksgiving Day.  To taste the succulent turkey and refreshing cranberry on your plate or to sip from the glass of fine wine that is offered, is but a simple pleasure we can share with our family and friends on this special day.  However, the love and gratitude we exchange with one another is anything but mundane.  It is the entire essence of our reason for being!

What we may go through to be present at the family table, on this day, many times involves getting on a plane or in the car and traveling many miles to our destination.
While our host or hostess is busy polishing the silver, placing the fine linen on the table to set the fine china from which we will dine upon, emotions can run high. When we are rushed and so busy preparing for the day we may forget the reason in our intention to celebrate.  Take a deep breath and remember why we come together to give thanks on this special day each year.

Dressing the turkey, peeling the potatoes and baking the holiday pies is all part of the preparation for this special gathering.  And then the moment comes when we are all seated at the table and before we partake in the feast before us, we join hands and bow our heads for a Thanksgiving prayer.

“Dear God, thank you for blessing us with your presence on this Thanksgiving Day, and bringing us all together to share in this meal before us.  We remember our loved ones who are not able to be here today and ask you to watch over them wherever they may be.  Thank you for the many blessings you bring into our lives and last but not least, thank you for giving us life. Amen.”

The candles are lit, the music is playing in the background, and the children are having fun putting the olives on their little fingers while the adults are telling their stories and chattering about their days gone by.  For a moment in time, we have all come together in our love and gratitude, putting our problems aside in the spirit of “Thanksgiving”.  Then before you know it, the meal is over, the men retire to the living room to watch the game while the women put the food away and clean up the kitchen.  It is tradition!

Today we ask you, when you are on your way home from this Thanksgiving Day, or taking the leaves out from the dining room table and putting the chairs away, be ever so grateful for the life you have been given and the time you were able to come together, celebrate and give thanks!  We are so very blessed to be able to express our love and gratitude and to share our abundance with others.

In the Holy presence of the I AM, may you bless the breath of life and your ability to express in your Oneness on this Thanksgiving Day and everyday!  For in the breath of life, we have the ability to embrace one another, share with one another and to pray together as one.  Reminisce, laugh and be mindful in your words and actions today.  Remember we are each an individual spark of our Creator God, and in our love and gratitude we are honoring our Creator in creation!
Happy Thanksgiving!
In Love and Light,
Kerry and her Angels
