Communicated from my Higher Self "Jealousy of friends, and paying bills"

Well Annie fell asleep while waiting for her favorite TV show to come on last evening and woke up just when a Doris Day movie was starting, her favorite actress. She was calmer and happier. Before she went in to watch TV, she had received email from her friend telling her all about the success a mutual friend of theirs is having in sending out her screen play and her novel. Annie assumed she must be jealous of her friend's success, but when she asked Me "Am I jealous?" she was very surprised to hear Me say "no, you are excited and happy for Maria." Annie has condemned herself as a monster (or to be strictly accurate, incapable of love) for her whole life, so it is always shocking and surprising to her, when she learns from Me her condemnations of herself are not true.

I did remind her about paying her bills when she woke up. She let them slide last month because she did not have the money to pay them. And I suggested she begin to figure out how to pay them now with her Credit Card, as she does not have enough money in the bank account to pay them. On September 1 her husband will receive a small birthday check from his family. It isn't a lot of money, but will be able to pay off all the bills she has paid using her Credit Card. So far she has put my suggestion that she begin facing her bills now, right out of her mind. But I will keep reminding her, and then I think I will give her till Monday, and insist she do it then. She doesn't know how to pay her bills with a credit card, so this is one of the things holding her back from acting on it. But I will help her and we will do it together.
