Healing request from your Sister in Light!

I thank anyone who read this for your time and consideration. I have been sufferring from headaches during the day and bad dreams (sometimes nightmares) at night. Even during the day I find negative images creeping in to my thoughts about the people I love most. This has been going on for about a week and a half. I can feel that I'm under attack but I'm finding it difficult to focus my energy w/ these constant headaches. I ask for anyone who can to send me some healing and protective energy to help me through this period.
