Favorite food and drink tasting horrible. How do we deal with this?

In the past few days as higher vibrational energies have been working with me, and last night as I was very fortunate and blessed to find myself in a higher level of being: my favorite foods and drinks smell and taste absolutely

HORRIBLE.

What do we do!??!!? How do we eat and drink (aside from water) if we are repulsed by the smell and taste of what we call our favorite foods? :(
