Visualise Yourself As A Small Child. See Yourself As You Are Now, Talking To The Child you Were, And Who Is Always Within you. Tell the Child In Spite Of All Of The Fears That He Or She Had, Everything Has Turned out All Right Becuase you Are there Now And Everything Is okay. Tell Your Child Within That it Is Safe And Never To Worry Again. You Are Now A Respinlible Adult-Child And Will Always Act Appropriatly. There Is No need Any Longer For The Inner Child to Worry And Suffer.
