07 Kundalini & Chakras

According to Osho, the arising of the Energy or life force happens in tree phases. I will explain the tree phases, because according to my experiences it is like that:

The first phase is the connection between the first (sex) and the second (emotional) center. The first phase happens like in deep sleep, something is going on, but you are not aware of it. The next is the connection between the second (emotional) and the third (heart) center. This phase happens like in a dream, sometimes you feel there is something happening, and you remember your dream. Many times you are not aware. Now the third phase the connection between the third (the heart) and the fourth (the psychic center) happens and you are awake. When the connection is completed, then automatically the fifth center (spiritual) opens. You don’t need to do anything to open that center. The beauty is this opening happens in the light of the day, You are fully aware of it!

Between the second and the third center there is usually an enormous block. People call that blockage the Solar Plexus. When you are somehow able to remove that block and the connection happen; the heart opens. In this phase, I feel people need a lot of support. An open heart is a fragile heart. Here I can tell a long story about my own experience.

Between the third and the forth center there is another big block; the throat! When you are able to remove that block and the connection happen, then the 3rd eye open and real communication starts; you start expressing yourself. When this connection is established; then the harmony between left and right is established at the same time.

Let me explain, the connection between heart and 3rd eye balances the two hemispheres of the brain, the rational left and the creative right. When the two parts are available contemporaneously, then you can see the reality as it is, with no interference of previous impressions.

The process I just described has its own time. Don’t try to accelerate it. You go fast and very high, but sooner or later you will fall down. The higher you go up the deeper you will fall. The foundation must be strong and what is the foundation? The foundation is the connection to your suffering. Once you found your deepest suffering you find an enormous peace. Found that peace you expand it all over the body. You practice Epstein’s exercise number one of the 12 Stages every day to build a strong basis.

In every country there is a chakra that is more open then the others. I give some examples: in Brazil and the Caribbean Islands the sex center is more open, in Italy and Spain the emotional center is more developed and in Germany, USA, etc. the forth center is more developed. In India, it is also the forth center; the only difference is that in India the right side is more active, while in western countries the left is more active. The heart center unfortunately is quite closed everywhere in this materialistic world today. I can imagine that in Tibet and other remote areas, this center is more open. Are there people who’s heart center is open?

Conclusion:
At the present time, humanity as a whole is ready to open to that Energy; nobody can escape, because the vibrations are everywhere. In the past the arising of the Energy and the opening of the centers was a very long process and only for few selected people. Today this process is accelerated. I cannot say how long it takes it depends on the individual and many factors are influencing the evolution. Everybody today can consciously do his practices and therapies and have good results in short time. Here discernment is a must; there are many charlatans and black magicians in this field.
