06 The Energy Centres or Chakras

There are five chakras, or Energy Centers in the human body and Energy work is the work with these five different Energies. For the common man there are only four, the fifth center; the spiritual center is mostly not connected or closed:

1. The Sex Center, here we feel the sex energy, it is between the anus and the genitals. This point is called perineum.

2. The Emotional Center, around the navel.

3. The Heart Center in the middle of the chest. Here we feel unconditional love.

4. The Psychic Center or 3rd eye. It is located in between the eyebrows. This centre has two parts. A rational left side and a creative right side. Here the different energies get analyzed and the impulse to act comes from here. Intuition and intellect are located here. If the connection is only trough chitta (a composite word for mind, intellect and ego = pride or the sense of self), your behavior is governed by chitta. When prana (life energy) takes over and can arise to this center, than magic happen. Chitta cannot control your actions and emotional states. Prana takes care and live becomes easy.

5. The Spiritual Center is on top of the head, it is your true self. The knowledge you get from here is exactly your purpose in life. To meet somebody on this level is a blessing.

When the life energy arises the centers, it will find many blockages. Two of them erroneously people are classifying as chakras. These are only places where the energy is blocked, not energy centers. About this I do not like to argue, there are too many dogmas connected to this and please do not make this a new dogma!!!

Every center has his specific energy and when you are completely purified, and then you can feel every center very clearly. There is no confusion about the activities of those centers. All the troubles arise when those centers are not connected with each others, closed or only partially open. Then other people can play with your energy and you do not know what do, you are a victim. Indians are experts in Energy work and I am blessed to live and learn from them here!

How to purify the centers? It is easy, they purify themselves spontaneously. Ones the Kundalini energy is awakened, the Innate Intelligence will exactly know what to do and when to do. How to awaken that energy? There are many possibilities. Sometimes it happens spontaneously. If you are near for long time to a person with Kundalini awakening, resonance will do the work. Another way is trough practice. I developed a class called Energy Network and if you practice it, it will help. Network Chiropractic and the 12 Stages of Healing created by Donald Epstein great American master) is another possibility. There many are other yoga practices. You find out which is the right way and the right time for you.

Connection between people:
Trough these centers you communicate with the world. The energy is always changing! When in one moment two people have the same centers (or exactly opposite) open and the same closed or partially open; then when the meeting happens they fell in love with each other. You meet yourself. If two people can work together and balance their chakras, then they will have a wonderful life.

When you were a baby you had all the centers open and then according to your surroundings you closed certain centers completely or partially, according to your family and other creatures around you. Psychologist’s say, that when we are five years old, our internal software is imprinted and we keep the same patterns our whole life. You can change this! The goal is to become a baby again.

18.06.06 the Centre of Light

This text I wrote one year ago. Today i feel that now the spiritual centre and also the heart centre is much more open in humanity. Please don't make a dogma out of my writing, it is only my point of view and as everything changes constantly, things become very quickly obsolete, especially in this moment in time.
