02 Energy Work

Wow it is exiting, I am writing. Now I understand why people keep diaries.

It is a great way to observe yourself. How every second you change! Your Energy is new and different very quickly. You are under the impression that you are holding on to something. But in reality you are not holding anything!! You connect to that!!
“I stay with the change and take the chance and DANCE.” You say this sentence quickly for ten times and you find out it is not easy. You laugh at yourself and your stupidity.

So, what to do? You catch a happy moment. You remember do – observe – analyze. When you are in that happy moment; than you stay there. You don’t get distracted by the negativities going on around you, you let it be! Every creature is playing their drama and wants to involve you in some way. Some strange way I would say. Why couldn’t you go to somebody and tell him: "I like you and would like to know you". Who would put such a question to another human, the first time they meet? It is simple. You keep the good, don’t take the bad. You will see that your Energy gets purified very quickly and you will see many things as they are and not under the influence of previous impressions.

What disturbances you fell into? They are the ones you know very well. There you get hocked! Some familiar sound comes, some familiar events and quickly you are there and unfortunately involved in the same old, old “story”. You keep the focus on yourself! Don’t get distracted by outside influences. Your Energy stays positive. What a miracle!

There are many people around who are playing to get Energy! Be aware! Be aware of the Energy vampires! They are everywhere, and sometimes not easy to identify!

So the lesson is simple: KEEP YOUR ENERGY – DON’T GIVE IT AWAY!!
