Losing my vision, kind of

Its been a strange occurance that has happened to me at the odd time. Usually once a few months. Today it happened again. Im just minding my own business when all of a sudden a slight anomoly appears in my vision. Its almost like a blur, as if im looking into a piece of rounded glass. Then it usually gets worst and spreads out till almost my entire vision is in a blur. I can focus upon an object, and see its details clearly, but everything around my focus is blurred out, almost like tunnel vision. I can see, yet I cant see, kind of like a shear in my reality. After some time later (usually around 30mins to an hour), it disappears, and I am left with a bad headache. Normally its a migrane, today I channelled reiki to see what would happen, and the pain disappeared... all except a slight weight around where my third eye is. Except at the edge of my skull.

Someone once told me that I may be having some kind of seisure, but i feel like my body is in perfect control except for that. Its happened, very rarely, throughout my life, though im not sure if I was aware of it when I was younger, I did notice it when I was a teen. Im typically in good health, drink plenty of water, and balanced diet (I think). Any insights?
