a movie lightworkers would love
hi everyone,
i just thought, there is this movie that i really really really love - it gently brings up the need for universal love - embodied in the heroine`s character, and shows the destructivity and futility of how people tend to be caught up in self-survival mode at the expense of others and of nature.
it is called nausicaa of the valley of the wind, by hayao miyazaki - the same guy that did spirited away, stirring music by joe hisaishi. this creation was his first film back in the mid 1980s, and in my mind, it is the best ever...i wonder what everyone here would think of it too...i am positive you would all like it and would love to hear what you think of it if you`ve seen it~
if you look for the dvd, please get out the recently translated one.
this man is an environmentalist, feminist, pro-indigo type guy, totally for imagination and creativity in children - and it shows in his amazing skill as a story teller.
