He loved the earth. Saw what was needed.
He opened up our eyes with his inner freedom.
The earth gives thanks. As he did see.
How to show the world all earth’s natural beauty.

Thrilled in so many ways. Taught us to love all nature.
You lived the wild life. Conserved earth’s energy.

He viewed the earth. Saw she was hurting.
Showed us her pain. Making cold hearts certain.
The earth gives thanks. We now do see.
That precious is all life. How it’s worth saving.
