I need help with a translation, please, its very simple.

Hello all!
I need a translation from English to Japanese and Cantonese (or Chinese), which can simply be done at http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en
I would do it myself, however, I do not have Japanese or any other Asian language character packages installed on my computer.
Once you get the translation, I need an image capture of it (becuase simply copy pasting it wont work becuase I dont have the characters). If anyone can do this, or know someone who can, it would be of great help!
This is what I need translated:
We ourselves, must be the changes we wish to see in this world.

This is for a painting I am working on, I would be very grateful if someone could help out :)
