Emotional fluctuations all abound - where to turn?
The Earth is cleansing inside & out as rain & flood waters wash over the east coast of Australia and water is pressure cleaning the inner-levels in Indonesia oozing mud to cover the land. Is this an even deeper cleaning that some choose to experience when they have a mud bath?
The following is an extract of an e-mail I received this morning, just as the East Coast of Australia is battening down for a severe storm with 100km per hour winds.
Floods, earthquakes, hurricanes and fires.
Because our planet is rising in frequency Mother Earth is detoxing in preparation for the future. If you have been eating junk food and entertained dark emotions, you expect spots, bad breath and any number of unpleasant effects when you decide to detox. Buried emotions may also surface.
It is the same with our planet, which after millennia of abuse by humans is now throwing off toxins, ready to move to a higher frequency. She is doing it with floods, volcanoes, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes and tornadoes. For the past few years many parts of the world have experienced these disasters for the first time or in a more extreme way.
Dripping taps or a water damage in your home may indicate it is time to look at unexpressed emotions in the family. Floods cleanse collective stuck emotions such as grief. Earthquakes shake up the foundations of our lives and release anger. So does a volcano. Gales and hurricanes blow away old thought forms and mind sets throughout an area.
You are not helpless. Here's what you can do.
1. Every time you work on yourself to deal with your own stuff you help everyone for consciousness is catching. When you release your anger, fear or guilt there is a ripple effect throughout the world through all the frequency bands. At some level everyone, including Mother Earth, is touched.

2. When your 12 chakras, which were operational in Golden Atlantis, are anchored and activated you can for the first time connect with Source and bring pure divine energy down through your body and into the earth. Then three things happen.
a. As this energy touches every cell of your body you have the opportunity to heal yourself totally.
b. Your psychic and spiritual gifts start to come back to you.
c. You become a transformer able to bring Source energy directly into Mother Earth. Then it can pass through the leylines to the Pyramids. This holy force is able to heal the planet from the damage inflicted by humans.
When enough people carry this higher energy, the power of the Pyramids will be renewed. They are energy transformers bringing power in from the Universe. They also used to be energised by fifth dimensional people. Currently their energy is drained by low consciousness humanity and because they are no longer directly linked to the emanations of the star systems to which they were originally fine tuned. This misalignment happened due to the shift of the Earth on its axis since they were built. However, the raising of the consciousness of humanity will re-energise them.
By activating the 12 chakras you can do your part to heal yourself and the planet. When enough people do this there will be no need for floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanoes or any other form of mass cleansing. So it is vitally important to start now.
