Being Aware Of Unconsciousness

Less than five percent of the world's population is aware of the need for a collective change in Consciousness. What is collective starts out as an individual and personal decision to change the way we think and act so that the chaotic environment we have been surrounded by begins to change from the inside out.

This can happen in a number of ways, perhaps from only one person who recognizes the need for world peace or a small group who's goal is to allow and create a more relaxed environment. Yet this will not happen through effort. The only way for world peace to happen is for more perceived individuals to start being aware of this need in their own homes and daily operations.

I want to share with you why I decided to write a book about being intensely alert. It was only through brief moments of bipolar mania that I became sick and tired of living a roller coaster life. The mood swings, the up and down emotions, it all wore me out to the point of complete mental and physical exhaustion. I had to change something, and quick!

My desire to experience life on a higher level without any drugs or artificial medications became increasingly profound. I learned that the feeling I was craving, and used to try to get from alcohol, was already a part of my True Self. The illusion was feeling the need to experience this on and off-- as if it were something that needed to be gained or obtained through effort.

When I realized I already had what I was looking for all those years, a new awareness came into view. I finally knew that I did not need to struggle to find anything that would make me happier than I already was. My search ended in 2006 when I became increasingly aware of what is called by many psychologists, Unconsciousness.

There is an enormous amount suffering that all humans experience. Not only humans, but all species of life on earth. It is the suffering of the mind and emotions, perhaps even more painful than any physical amount of suffering, which actually originates from the mind and emotions. I talk more about this in detail in my book.

This vicious cycle of self-inflicted suffering is so terrible that it has caused all kinds of illness on the planet earth. It can be called an Inborn suffering that is a part of nature, but is terribly destructive, the ego.

The obvious thing to any intelligent form of life should be, much of this suffering is in vain. It is not necessary, and can be avoided through careful observation of human behavior and psychology. Since all life on earth is parasitic-- meaning, everything feeds off of everything and is dependent on it for survival-- knowing this is the first step to a life free from suffering. There is no actual struggle for survival. The more Unconscious you are, the more the struggle is created by your mind.

By simply observing our own behavior, actions, and patterns, perhaps we can come to understand our true nature and purpose on this planet.
