Am I experiencing June's energies through physical symptoms?

On Tuesday of this week, after acknowledging and vocalizing some deep emotional feelings that are connected to heart/love and that stem from a previous incarnation shared with a current friend, I immediately felt the sensation of my heart swelling (to the size of a football!) in my chest. The pressure and pain that radiates directly through my core and covers my front and back and left shoulderblade is still evident. My own thoughts are that these physical discomforts may be a direct result of making such a strong heart connection (something I have been needing to do). Having somewhat shut my emotional heart down a few years ago in order to remove myself from a relationship that no longer resinated with me, and subsequently shutting the entire emotional/sexual part of me down, I am questioning whether this current physical set of symptoms is a result of my re-opening myself or am I experiencing a sense of loss and recognition regarding a past love? ANYONE HAVE ANY THOUGHTS OR SIMILAR SYMPTOMS OF HEART RELATED PRESSURE AND PAIN THIS MONTH? I realize it could also simply be that I am aware of the intensity of the current influx of energies however these symptoms are rather alarming to me.
