Food Poisoning and Psychic Attack...Wheeee!
Man did I just navigate a rough few days.
On June 7th, I ate some week-old potato salad, even after getting intuitive guidance not to. I was starving and depleted from a wonderful but exhausting family visit and I wasn't paying as much attention as I needed to, obviously. So all that night, starting about 2am, I was in excruciating pain. I won't bore you with other details about that. You've probably had food poisoning. But the worst part of this was my partner came under psychic attack at the same time that didn't allow her to wake up and help me. And then the next day, she didn't remember what had happened all night AND she was still under the attack and so was saying very dark, cold, frightening things and acting not at ALL like her usual wonderful self. And I couldn't sleep and was ill and completely exhausted from my ordeal, and she had no compassion for me.
I was so tired I didn't know what to do about this horrible situation, but I finally realized something was terribly wrong and told her she was not acting like herself. As soon as I did, she used psychic self-defense tools I had just finished teaching the weeks before, and quickly broke the spell. Psychic attack is like that. The key is just to realize you're under it, and take back your power. Once she did, she was immediately back to herself and she helped me recover from my illness.
What a clever attack it was, though. Disabled by food poisoning, I didn't recognize what was happening like I usually do, and my partner, disabled by psychic attack, didn't help me recover from the food poisoning that was keeping me from helping her get free of the attack!
They are sooooooo onto me. It's soooooooo definitely not the first time, and it wasn't even the worst time, but this was a unique one, gotta say.
Yesterday was replenishment day for me after all that and I bought some wonderful new art supplies. And now, even without having used them yet, I'm filled up and ready to get back to work. :-)
Namaste!
