Strange Phenomenon

This photo of our dog Tiger on our property was taken back in March.

What the heck is that strange phenomenon at the bottom right of the picture?

The picture was taken on my phone's camera so is not a wonderful shot to enlarge. But I'd be interested to hear if any of you have seen anything like that before.
