How do I upload pictures and put them in a blog or discussion?
When you want to add for example a blog then click on the link that says "Enable rich-text" The content area will then change to a rich editor.
You can insert your text in the box. When you would like to add an image click on the little tree icon that sits below the content box. When you click on the tree icon you will see a new box pop up that says "Insert/Edit image". The first line says Image URL - click on the little red and blue icon at the end of that line and you will get an additional pop up box. This is where your uploaded images are stored on Lightworkers. To add a new image go to the bottom of this new pop up box and click on "Browse". From there you can browse on your computer to the image you would like to upload. Once you've located it click "Upload File" which is next to the "Browse" button. This will add it to the upper area of this box. At the upper left you will see a column for "Filename" - this is the name of your image. Click on the name of your image once and the whole row will be highlighted in green. At the upper right you will see a column called "Operations". Here you can press "add" on the same row as the image you would like to display. Once you press "add" - you will be directed back to the original pop up box named "Insert/Add image". You will see that the image name is now displayed where it says "Image URL". At the bottom of this box press the "Insert" button. This will then insert it in your text. If it's not placed correctly within your text you can highlight the image with your mouse and drag the image to where you would like it to be within the text. When you are finished with your text and image placement you can press "Submit" and this will display it for all members to see.
Have fun!!
