Ockington Pixie

Hi everyone, Aventurine here, I was just wondering if anyone can tell me about the Ockington Pixie. I have a little gold statue of him that used to hang on my great grandfathers pocket watch, and I happened upon the pixie the other night while looking in my jewllry box. I have been on the net looking for it but havent found anything about it. I would be interested if anyone can give me insight into what its about .
