I don't know what to do anymore

I can't be in a relationship because I don't know how to love..

The girl i'm dating right now told me I need counseling because I can't stop crying, I have so many pains to let out before I love again.

The problem is i'm ridiculously hurt but i'm also ridiculously good at stuffing it down, so now I have all these deep problems and no way of getting rid of them.
