How much is too much OBE

Greetings to all, I have a question?

If you purposely induce an OBE event, how much or how many times can ONE do so. Is It safe to induce OBE after a certain period of time already experiencing it?

I ask this because I had 4 such experiences last night, and upon coming to, remembering most of my trips by the way, after my guide dropped me off, I awoke to find myself in a state of really cool lucid mind visioning, but I felt somewhat exhausted, dry throught, but refreshed at the same time...as my eyes were open, staring in the room around me, witnessing a kliedoscope of colorful geometric shapes and upon asking questions regarding future events with people I know...(selfish), but I couldnt think much larger, I was more in a state of being and witnessing the visions that were coming to past...

So Does the quesiton exist.."how much is too much OBE" I wanted to do it again, but I wasnt sure if it was safe"...

PS..The back of my head is feeling fuzzy..like the cap of my skull is going to slip off...lol
