Anchored
Anchored
This body that I drive, anchored deep inside
Tell me when and where, Im sure to cross the line.
Take your money take your filth, all of that is fine,
For what belongs to me, is not truly mine.
Will you protect me my divine, from evil men unruly swine;
Will I be punished all this time, because I chose water over wine?
A fair advantage, human mind, is it peace or work that I must find?
Why this test oh holy one, for which has made us blind;
I dont know my wrong from rite, how do I know if Ive been left behind?
Left and right are planned out signs, a wake up call for human kind,
And Im sitting on the edge of a ripened rhinde;
The planting of a new world drops its seeds tonight.
On this day mother Earth will cry,
Hes on his way as many die.
Cowards run and liars lie,
Its time, for heaven, hell, and Earth will soon collide
.. Its time to cross the great divide.
When lights come pouring from the sky, you will know its time to fly;
Looking out of the window upon the world outside.
Notice all the busy ones, heads are held up high,
All of this, this something nothing, no I dont know why;
Its time to say goodbye.
