Feeling low/lack of energy!

Due to my situation at home (full-time job with nasty hours and pretty much a full-time carer), for the past month or two I've been feeling really quite low. Where a couple of years ago I could work three nasty shifts, catch up on rest the next day and have another two days off to enjoy for whatever I want, nowadays I'm needing the three days off that follow the three shifts to just rest.

Just wondering does anyone have any tips or advice for being able to stay feeling well and not too tired all the time? I'm not really sure what I'm asking or looking for but wonder if there's anyone out there that can help?
