Names

I have been thinking for a while now of changing my name. I have read of many people getting to a point where they feel that their name does not 'fit' anymore, and have spoken to people who feel that way.
I now face a situation of what name! - it's significance and prehaps its vibration in terms of numerology etc.
With a certificate on its way, I know what name I do not want on it and now need to contemplate on me, and who I am.
Numerology keeps coming to mind and the numbers 3 7 or 9. Having only an old ragged book on numerology does anyone have any inspirational thoughts here? Many thanks.x
