DREAMS

The last months ( 2 - 3 months) I have had such intense dreams. Some are really violent and horrible. Usually I have never had such intense dreams before, not every night like now. When I wake up in the morning, sometimes I am totally exhausted. In my dreams I am surrounded by a lot of people. In my dreams I apparently know these persons, but when I wake up I understand that all these persons are strangers. Many times I have wondered about this, who are all these persons who I don't know in my awake reality, but I know them so well in my dreams. Why dont't I dream more often about people I really know and recognize?..Have someone a possible explanation for me?
Should like to know if there are someone else who has more intense and violent dreams now, and during the last 2 - 3 months.
