Traditional/Comlimentary/Alternative Medicine

I would like to open this as a discussion, as it has been in a few blogs. I use many forms of 'alternative medicine', luckily having finally found a docter who shares belief. Years ago I remember a lady from germany in my local chemist buying up supplies of Bach Flower Remedies - She said that the eu was banning them??? Can anyone confirm that this happened? I know that I have witnessed vit B6, for instance have contol put on supply at least suggested by the E U, am unsure as to whether this has happened as use alternatives still.
I do know that there has been a movement against so called alternative therapies. Look out!!! Because as Redmoon states, the majority of the world use these 'methods' to great effect.
Training and some form of regulation/accredidation is one thing. To 'outlaw' in any way is absolutely corrupt in intent and would surely be futile, blatantly ridiculous and open to ridicule.Are others finding restrictions in their part of the world? In the UK, it is becoming the norm. Much love to all x willow x
