I am so incredibly sick today

Woke up feeling like i got hit in the head by several trains, when I move my eyes, it feels like they're glued to lead and barely wanna go anywhere.

Anyway, my question is, what do you guys think about OTC pain killers? I am just beginning to get into naturopathy and herbs, and i'd love to know some more.

I took a few ibuprofen and was just wondering what you guys thought about that.
