Symptoms of ascension, or those of getting old?

I had a discussion yesterday, and the person told me: "Ah, you say symptoms of some doubtful ascension - and give no sound evidence that it is really happening - they are just symptoms of PMS or simply getting old..."

I answerded that cant answer, because I am getting old for the first time in my lifetime - LOL - but also dont know anything about ascending either...

What do you guys think: are we ascending, or just giving soaring labels to getting old? What to say to sceptic not to lose my grace?
