Big Hugs to Everyone

I feel like we are all going through alot right now, myself included. I am trying to face it all with Love and Compassion and Gratitude. When I don't feel it instantly I try to get myself back to that space of complete Gratitude for all that is in my life. TRUST. It has been a wild ride. I was reading Solara's Surf Update and she said this which rang true to me.

"Last week, many of us received Left Field Shocks. This is when
something totally unexpected knocks you off your balance. These
shocks don't come from directly in front of us, but from a direction
that we weren't paying attention to or didn't know was there.

Sometimes, it's easy to see what created the Left Field Shock; other
times its origin can't be pinpointed, but its effects are still
strongly felt. However they are triggered, Left Field Shocks are
temporarily devastating. We feel knocked down or run over by a train.

The good thing about Left Field Shocks is that they don't just knock
us off of balance, but they actually knock us INTO balance. They are
correction mechanisms that put us onto our true track."

Maybe it's this week, maybe it's last week but it feels as though many things are happening to knock us "INTO" balance.
