Steps to Ascension

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows anything regarding the steps thru ascension to Oneness, of course there are many ways to get there. I know that Karen Bishop has written a book about it as well as others, but I would like everyones knowledge.

We are aware of the symptoms and some signs, but what about the steps.
