Relief

Hello Everyone,

For all those who right now are going thru great anx, anger and confusion, you need to work with your heart chakra. As many of you know the last week I was run thru the ringer, as a result of this I had been walking around with a broken heart and feeling as though I had been gutted.

I had signed up for a class in January which was about healing with energy followed by a prayer circle. Now the teachers for this were teachers Serena and Michael, she is a Reiki Master, Huna Teacher etc. tons of stuff all wonderful, he works primarily with heart energy, his heart chakra is fully open and absolutely golden as far as I am concerned. The class turned out to be just what I needed, not only did I learn how to heal with this modality but I was healed in the process. We were all paired up and healed one another during practice. Each one of us had different yet similar issues, we all healed according to our need. This was precisely what I needed done at this time and fortunately as I was told the issues that were taken care of will not return, HALLELUJA! Not to say that there isn't more, I know there are, but at least those which were monumental for me are gone.

So if you can find a class, do journeying, read books on or meditate on what is presently taking place, do it all thru your HEART.
