Hi Tyrus, read your blog, feel like this too, found this yesterday and have posted it in Channels under Hi Anxiety by Geoffrey Hoppe, i sure hope it helps some, and yeah i get you and yeah its heavy going now for some more than others so i really hope you find some comfort in it.
