Rooibos tea.

I have to explain first that I'm a tea freak, but I've just discovered Rooibos tea and it's so delicious! Try it! It's very smooth and easy to drink and is naturally caffeine free and high in anti-oxidents, (in other words it's very good for you!) :)

If you live in the UK it can be purchased from Holland & Barratt where they sell an organic version under the name of 'Tick Tock'.
