Ah! Getting the shakes again!

Some of you may remember a thread I started a while ago about strange feelings of complete emptiness and odd attacks of getting the shakes once every few months. I was so relieved to find these things weren't just happening to me! I've also since read about it on a website, www.sunfell.com on the indigo files section.

Anyway, I've not had either of these symptoms for some time now and what happens yesterday and today? Twice in two days I get the shakes! I've never had either of them two days in a row before. So I was wondering, has anybody noticed any energy shifts recently or something that may help explain it? I must admit I've been doing the 'trying to make contact with my guardian angel' thing and also practicing trying to see my aura (see www.thiaoouba.com for info) in the past couple of days, maybe that might explain it?
