WAY WAY SICK, Vibrational Shift?

So I have noticed myself and alot of other people in salt lake city, UT are way sick with nausea, achy muscles, head colds.. etc..

anyone experiencing this? Usually when i get this sick there is a major opening of gifts/communication that follows..

But while it is happening.. it sucks :(
