Lemmurian Crystals

Some time ago I came to have this wonderful striated crystal, which I believe is called a 'Lemmurian Crystal'. I feel it has a special energy - I couldn't part with it since I saw it. I would like to learn more about this type of crystal. It has horizontal stripes, has a slightly pinkish or salmon tinge, and has areas (usually triangular) where it seems more opaque. It is very beautiful. I feel it has a great but serene energy. I would so love to learn more about it - any information would be very grateful. Bless you all!
