Losing people...

I've been on the ascension path for a very long time, but it never gets any easier when you lose yet another person from your 'space'...

Family, friends, mentors, pets... and I don't refer to their passing, I'm talking about the mismatch of frequencies between individuals during the ascension process.

I think that the hardest road I've travelled was in the last 2 or 3 years, ironically, it's this time where I've made the most spiritual progress. I've been ecstatic and depressed in the same breath and it all seems to revolve around others' effects on me. I've broken free of a few holographic programmes, yet the one that says 'you should worry about what everyone else thinks' seems to be stuck to me with super glue!

Of course I realise that the hurt stems from my own inner child/ego's insecurities and fears of abandonement, but when someone's your friend and suddenly they're not for any apparent '3D' reason, it's hard sometimes to accept the '5D' explanations for it all.

Integrating our 3D and 5D consciousnesses is a full-time job and I'm all for the challenge, especially with all my Lightworker friends around for support... but, what I really want to know is, do we get holidays/time in lieu/paid expenses? ;)
