Ringing on my left ear

I keep having this buzzing, ringing on my left ear. I read that it was signs from angels. Anyone here with same experience? I also feel more tire, no energy and feel as if my energy is being sucked out of me. I constantly need to clear myself with bath salts, etc. Otherwise I could even faint.

I do notice that after working in my office all day, I feel really tired. Maybe is the energy there, who knows.
