Alien Attunements? Help!

A friend of mine needs some help in understanding recent events please.
He is a healer who clearly sees and feels spirit and has experienced alien visitation for many years now. Last night he was woken at 3.48am from a deep sleep to discover three flat discs with pyramid lights circling his room in what appeared to be a pattern of some sort. Fascinated, he watched closely to see if he could determine the pattern and became aware of a 'being' standing next to his head on his righthand side. This being was 7-8foot tall. Body paralysis occured and 'It' reached into his crown chakra and he experienced a sensation he called 'jelly brain'.
Soon after he became aware of his spirit being pulled through his feet in a slowly controlled way until he felt 3/4's the way out of his body and then the process was reversed.
Meanwhile a low sonic frequency was being clearly heard in his right ear, followed by crackling and buzzing.
Upon being returned to his body, the noise ceased, the being left and the lights blinked out and my frined was left feeling peaceful and immediately returned to his deep sleep.
He never felt fear or threatened during this event but is left with many questions and no answers. Like he said, "It's not like I can dial a 1300 number and ask God what on earth is happening now is it!"
So guys, what do you think he might be experiencing? Ascension? DNA changes? Alien Attunements? I'm at a loss to explain as i've never experienced anything like this.
